The smaller one. The airbag version looks like the airbag has already been activated in the inside the steering wheel

I don't think you can get your version with a proper ABE (german/euro technical approval number).

You'll probably try to mod an original wheel, right?

Yes , I was planning on using an original steering wheel as a "base"
I photoshopped the one like FAW , but I WILL NOT do the wheel like the one on FAW , because then it will look too much like FAW so I want it to be fully made from wood , not just pieces

The form is absolutely identical, but this one came off of a VW Bora. (Much cheaper ) I modded it a bit
No photoshop, though

@Ignaz: Your new version befits the car much better. And it's significantly more distinguished, compared to the original wheel, as well.
If I'd be Piech in the 80's, I'd used this one on the V8 as default wheel. That's be awsome. And we could use it now.

I'd love to see this as non-photoshop mod.

Even though you don't have to take care of euro/german security tests/numbers, keep in mind you'd need an integral round steel frame with 4 fitting spokes. I'd rather doubt the original wheel's frame will suffice.

You can't just use any wood for security reasons. Splintering/breaking...
