elektrische Stühle Plätze? Stuhlhussen und wissellen?

Hallo

Ich möchte meinen Audi als elektrische versucht Vestel ähnliche Stühle zu aktualisieren.
Jetzt kann ich ein Kit, Leder, zu erhalten, aber in einem schlechten Zustand, und man nicht so schöne Farbe.

Ist es möglich, dass die Beschichtung (zB Leder) auf meinem Stuhl Handbuch zu übertragen?

Und es ist schwierig, von Hand zu führende elektrische Speicher Platz für Stühle zu ersetzen?

Es ist ein 200 TQ 1986 vfl
Alle Tipps sind willkommen.

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, willst Du in Deinen Audi elektrische Sitze verbauen und jetzt sind manuelle drinn, sowie die Bezüge von den manuellen auf die elektrischen umbauen. Richtig?

Sie verstehen es alle. Ich möchte die elektrische Sitze in meinem Audi Orten, die noch manuell.

Ich verstehe nicht, aus der nachrichte, oder gehen Sie direkt anwendbar sind oder dass etwas angepasst werden muss und was nicht.

Und es sind beide "Komfort"-Sitze.
Ich mag die meisten schwarzen Leder-Sportsitze, sondern so weit wie ich will mit grauen "Komfort" zu machen.
Die Geber sind dunkel grün. . .

Hello Niels,

manual seats and electric seats had different consoles. You had to weld a own module to fix the seats.

Basically it's possible to change the coating. The Self Documentation describes as follows:

1. Dismount the seat

2. Remove the back of the chair

- Remove the casing (keep attention, the small casing is positioned with "latch pins". Take a thin screwdriver to push them in.
- In the left and in the right of the seat are cross-drive-screws, turn out them. Then remove the splints, they are near of the screws.
- You can remove the backrest now. When you had seat heaters: Probably the backrest it is connected with heatcables.

3. Remove the coating:

- Start in the front of the seat. Remove two plasticpins from the seatframe and go forward to the left an the right. At each side are two clamps, fixed at the seatframe. To finishing: Take off the rear crossbrace.
- Now you can verbatim "pull the wool over the eyes", but don't remove!
- Remove the metal cramps out with a pair of pliers. It's a fiddly work!
- Remove the coating. If you had a seat heating, you had to release it from the pillow (glued).

4. The assembling of the seat with the new coating effect backwards concerning to the abovementioned manual.

Notices:

- Time for this activity: 1.5h - 3h
- On my own experience I can say your project is very difficult. Once I removed the cloth of a seat to use it for reparatures of other seats. I was happy, that I don't had to reassemble it!

General Notice:

- You can transfer manual seats from the "pre-facelift" to the facelift.
- You can transfer electric seats from the "pre-facelift" to the facelift.

I can't say anything about the electrics, because I had manual seats.

Die Sitzschienen oder die Konsole (wo der Sitz auf der Karosserie aufliegt/der Höcker vorne wo man jetzt hingreift um Sitz vor oder zurück zu stellen) oder beides ist in Fahrzeugen mit E-Sitzen anders, und muß umgebaut/geschweißt werden.
Genau weiß ich es auch nicht, da ich nicht umgerüstet habe.

This part i didnt understand.
And the plastic on the back of the chair: is it just "clicked" on it, how do i remove it ???

And i read something about glued heating or something.
Is the heating fixxed to the chair or the covers (coatings) ???

The electrical is still fitted in de breaker car, so i can cut out the fixings of the chair, and decide later how to fit it back.

I earlyer did seat cushion repairs for Escort mk4 sport-seats, and that always went right, so i hope the same for this.

I hope maybe next week to go to the break-down car to getr cruisecontrol and elektric seats.
