Any ideas on the noise that appears when the clutch is NOT pressed? When I press the clutch , the noise disappears , when I release it - reappears.

I would say it's a bearing inside the transmission, because the bearing inside the clutch has most force on it when the clutch is depressed.
My guess is a bearing inside the tranmission, most probably a bearing on the input shaft, because when you depress the clutch it will stop spinning.
The damage will come by using the incorrect oil and/or running the transmission without enough oil.
...just my opinion though...

Already removed velour(it removed very nicely) and was about to put on (replace) the original leather from the current door panels, but the foam turned out to be just in pieces, completely worn out, so I'm now looking for someone to re-glue it back on, because it's too much hassle to make it on my own (including foam , so that it feels exactly like original). I was about to do it on my own, but there different types of glue , different techniques so that I just don't wanna ruin something , because I kind of have one shot to do it right
I cleaned them very thoroughly as well, because they looked like they were never ever cleaned , you can check the pictures here , just disgusting

Thanks, very nice to "hear" it I wish the car looked at least half as good in reality as it does in the pictures But it's a daily driver for me, so one can expect torn and worn leather seats, rust here and there and other crappy things...
