GROSSE PROBLEME MIT ELEKTRA AUSFALL.

Entschuldiging fur die anrufe in english aber meine deuts ist zu slecht fur diese problem.
Last days i was installing the lightupdateset from Olli.
And installing elektrikal heated and movable seats, and cruisecontrol.
For this features i had to open the fusebox.
Now almost all is installed, but i have some big problems.
My car is missing some options.
--The airco doe not work, also no temperature on the display
--Elektrikal windows dont work
--Lichting of windowswitches dont work.
--the warninglights and blinkers dont work
--Right (passangerside) light front and back dont work
The motor does run, and the low and highbeam lights work.
Thats as far as i tested the things.
Hope that someone can help me soon.

Just bussy with the car again.
The big red and brown plug in the fuse-box where not perfect fitted.
Almost al the problems are solved.
Almost . . .
My elektric windows still dont work. Al my windows will not open.
NOt with the main-switch in the drivers door, and not with the switches in de other doors.
Also the lichtning of them does not work.
Sombody an idea ???
I thoght of a fuse, but the have "automatic" fuses ?? Dont know where the are fitted, and the light of it is not over the fuse i think so.
Does the whole system have 1 earth-wire, or does each door have one ?
ANd where does the earth point could be fitted ??

Hi Niels,
Drivers side, under the steering wheel, behind the facing the is a "Heat Fuse". Maybe this is damaged.
Near the Fuse there is a control unit too. Test the power connection of this Box (double size as a normal relay)
Maybe someone could insert a picture for better understanding.

Here some pictures from under the dash.
My relais are not in original audi-factori-order, because i had to move some to make some space.
The dubble relais (3e photo) i already changed for another old one. Mine worked fine intil jesterday, and it looks hard to me that the are both broken.
Where can i find that head-fuse ??
And is he only for the windows ???
Where can i test on the rack of that window-box if there is power on it ???
Or ground ???
Hope to hear soon, and thanks for the help zo far.

The first Pic is an Relais for the Engine and not for the elektric Windows ...
Edit:
Be so kind and write down all the part numbers of the relays or post them here ...
with luck, we then get them out of the bindings ...

On the dutch forum they told me that it was the window relay.
Can someone put a cirkel or so around the window relais or tel me witch one it is ??
I think its a problem with the main positive or negative, because nothing of the windows does a thing

Hi Niels,
i marked the thermo fuses red.
You should check constant current on these two Fuses. The one for e-windows is wired red (2,5mm) and red/black (2,5mm).
Do you have an e-roof too and if yes does it work ?

Thanks for answering.
I do not have a e-roof, thats the only option i realy miss.
The fuses you arow are of the heated seats.
Until 2 days ago they where unused, but i pluged in the exit-cabels and installed the thermoswitches.
So i know for sure they are not of the electrik windows.

suchen, Foto machen einstellen und/oder die original Teilenummern der Relais posten ...
ohne Deine Mitarbeit ist das ein "ich seh was was Du nicht siehst"
dafür hab ich keine Zeit ...

I hope i understand the post right.
The stikker with the relais-belegungsplan is not actual anymore, because i did move a bit with them to make room for the two heated seat relais, and the licht-relais set.
Stikkers (2) are fitted at the underside (outside) of the panel, not on the inside like at most typ44's.
And more relais as on the foto are not fitted.
Tomorow i am gonna open the whole thing again, then i will look for numbers.
I needed the car today, so i fitted it all and got to work.
And yes, i want to help solving the problem.
By-the-way:
The whole thing started with installing cruise control.
Its all installed, . .. AND DONT WORK, DAMN !
Can i test the controlunit or pomp or something ?

Du kannst ja dazuschreiben welche Relais von dir eingebaut wurden ...
ich brauch die Belegung und/oder die Teilenummern der Relais zur recherche ...

This Fuse is placed on the "Zusatzrelaisträger" too.
I think it has to be on the upper right corner.

ich würd erstmal die Sicherung suchen und schauen ob da überhaupt strom ankommt.
Vielleicht hat niels ja beim zusammenbau irgendein Kabel vergessen oder aus der Führung gerissen.
Die Kabel in der Tür werden es wohl kaum sein. Wenn vorher alles funktioniert hat und nun auf einmal nimmer...

er müßte ein Steuergerär für EFH + ESSHD (immer zusammen) und ein EFH-Relais im Zusatzrelaisträger haben, zusätzlich noch ne Thermosicherung für die EFH ...
es ist durchaus möglich bis wahrscheinlich daß das Steuergerät nicht so aussieht wie uns hier bekannt, also nicht zwei Plätze einnehmend mit doppelter Höhe sondern ein Steckplatz mit vllt. doppelter Höhe ...
es spielt sich alles in diesem Zusatzrelaisträger ab, jedenfalls laut SLP ...
es liegt nu an ihm diese Relais rauszufiltern ...
wo allerdings die Thermosicherung verblieben ist wird ihm doch noch einfallen (die ich auf den Bildern nicht sehe, ich seh nur die 2 von, wie er schreibt, der SH) ...
wenn diese Thermosicherung zB. fehlt isses auch Essig mit Fenster heben/senken ...

The last part of the answers i dont fully understand, i am zorry.
Here the numbers.
-- 443 927 826 - 897 144
-- 004 885 00 - (lichtbuzzer
-- 447 959 875 (yellow relais)
-- 443 951 253 B (small black)
-- 5kg 004 079 - 01
-- 69 96 85
-- 412 202 / 008 / 009 443 907 393 j (the big one)
-- 0 332 014 156
And 2 for the heated seats and 2 for the headlichts, and the rack with the thermoswitch for the seats.
I think i have the most ones now.
At the moment the windows work again.
I have made a wire straight from the battery on the red-bleu wire in the door.
Because the lights in the switches now continusly burned, i have made a relays inbetween, that switches the wire after making ignition.
But this is not how it must work.
So i hope the hear whitch relais what does, and how i can fix it.

From this Fuse you can follow the wire to the relay.The Fuse for e-windows is wired red (2,5mm) and red/black (2,5mm).

If i get it right, the big one regulates the stationair running (idle speed) of the engine ???
What does is regulate ?? Because my idle-speed is a bit high.
Only when its below zero outside, its beneath 1000rpm, of its above zero, the idle is 1200 upto 1400 rpm
Back to the problem, Can i mesaure something at the relais for the e-windows ??

What does is regulate ?? Because my idle-speed is a bit high.
Only when its below zero outside, its beneath 1000rpm, of its above zero, the idle is 1200 upto 1400 rpm
Back to the problem, Can i mesaure something at the relais for the e-windows ??
Voltage goes to the relay, it may come out?
the same applies to the control !

From the control unit (yellow high relay) should go from pin 4 (terminal 87), a red cable for the thermal fuse windows, there as a red / blue wire on to the power window relay to pin 4 (terminal 87b) and a 9-fold connector (T9 ) behind the switchboard (below relay carrier). from there spread to all power window switches ...
