Translated VEZ system manual to ENG (MC1 engine)

Hi guys.
I never could found an English version of VEZ guides for MC1 and MC2.
So, I did a translation myself. It's very bad and I'm open to your comments, or additions.
The attached manual has 2 versions - English and Russian languages, following one another.
